Incoming German Chancellors Letter... Good Start

I have to say I read the plea from the Germany establishment with some enthusiasm and hope.  I have never been a brexiteer solely for the reasons many are, immigration etc. I have always taken a more holistic view.

The EU has become an arrogant organization that is hell-bent on imposing its power at all costs.  The rules are absurd they touch almost every aspect of our lives. Regulations add unnecessary cost to our businesses. I mean why do we have to label Salmon to warn that it contains fish.

However, that aside the letter introduced some realism into the debate but sadly they the Germans are not really in control.  The EU parliament is, the Junker's the Selmayrs' and here they seem detached from reality.

There will be a no deal and this scenario should have been on the table from the very beginning.  We have allowed the EU to destroy us to break our communities our families. We have allowed the EU to demean us the Great British people. For this there is no coming back from.

The EU should step back start to relinquish their power. Damage they have done is everywhere.  The rules, the regulations, the Euro! This Euro is a  political project that has destroyed the Mediterranean countries. If, it unwinds it will create havoc throughout the world making Lehman's look like a picnic.

A good start but newer characters need to appear with a more conciliatory approach. For sure our leaving will weaken the EU. Our leaving will weaken the UK on the global stage but I doubt it will weaken us economically.  They have humiliated our leaders, they have cohort with Treacherous individuals to undermine us. In dealing with the EU it should not be this hard!

The remainers and the brexiteers should now start to understand each other and try to fix what we each accept is wrong!
